My name is Shea and ever since I can remember I’ve always been fascinated by the stories existing around me. The fact that there are 9 billion of them unfolding all at once, is something that I think about all the time. that fascination is what first made me pick up a camera years ago. Storytelling, to me, is a way of understanding and connecting to the world and people around me. The pictures I take are not just pictures, they are a window into my client’s stories, dreams, triumphs and so much more.

My style is heavily influenced by cinematic visuals and capturing the different ways people connect through movement, environment, color, emotion, and light. It’s very important to me, that the photos you see have a soul and are a depictions of the real life unfolding in front of the lens.

I hold high importance in really getting to know my clients before their shoot, and that includes any shoot: wedding, branding, creative, portrait, etc. Whether it be a chat over coffee, a walk, or a zoom call (with my friends abroad) the relationship that grows out of this partnership is very important to me, and one of my favorite parts of this process. I want to make sure that not only can I bring your vision to life, but YOU feel a part of this process as well.

Lastly, I want to give you a few promises I can guarantee you will experience if I get to be the lucky gal to tell your story.

1.I have the best playlists. A silent shoot is something of nightmares (dramatic but true), I create custom playlists for all my clients.

2.No cap. I don’t cap my photos, or how many you get. If it’s a great photo, you get your hands on it forever. Plain and simple.

3.You will have FUN. I have prompts, games, ideas, and the list goes on. Especially for my couples or portraits, I know how uncomfortable it can be in front of the camera, and I can promise you a pain free experience that you will come out of with good memories.

4.I never do anything half hearted. If we go through the intro process and start brainstorming together, know that I will be putting everything I have into your shoot. This is my favorite thing in the world, and I do not take it lightly that you are trusting me with your story.
